1. INTRODUCTION
   1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of KUSH KOMPS.
   1.2 By using this Website or entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
   1.3 If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of KUSH KOMPS may not enter.
2.3 We reserve the right to verify age, identity, and eligibility at any time.
2.4 Proof of ID may be required before a prize is awarded.

3. LEGAL BASIS OF COMPETITIONS
3.1 All competitions operated on this Website are skill-based prize competitions.
3.2 Each paid entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question.
3.3 A free postal entry route is available in accordance with UK law (see Section 6).
3.4 Our competitions are structured to comply with the Gambling Act 2005 and are not classified as lotteries.

4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Entries may be purchased via the Website.
4.2 Entrants can apply via post using the above address

4.4 Maximum entries per person (if applicable)
4.5 Entries are confirmed once payment has cleared.

5. PAYMENT
5.1 Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
5.2 We do not store card details.
5.3 Entry fees are non-refundable unless:
The competition is cancelled
A duplicate payment has been made
Required by law

6. FREE POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE
6.1 To enter for free, send your full name, address, email, phone number, and the correct answer to the competition question to:

6.2 Postal entries must:
Be handwritten
Arrive before the competition closing date
Include sufficient postage

7. DRAW PROCESS
7.1 Winners are selected via:
Live draw using a certified random number generator, or
A live social media draw7.2 Draw details will be published on the competition page.
7.3 Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days.
7.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

8. PRIZES
8.1 Prize details are described on each competition page.
8.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated.
8.3 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8.4 Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for courier delays.

9. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT
9.1 We reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
9.2 If cancelled, entrants will receive a full refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 We are not liable for:
Technical failures
Lost or delayed entries
Payment processing errors beyond our control

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. FRAUD & ABUSE
13.1 We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Attempts to manipulate the outcome
Uses automated systems or bots
Provides false information
13.2 In such cases, entry fees may be forfeited.

14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
